Privacy Policy

SendMoss ("we", "our", or "us") operates sendmoss.com and provides digital marketing software tools including SMS senders, email tools, validation tools, and related products. This Privacy Policy explains in detail what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we store and protect it, and what rights you have over your data. By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information that is necessary to operate our platform and deliver our services to you.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register for an account or interact with our platform, we collect:

1.2 Information Generated by Your Activity

When you use our platform, we generate and store records related to your activity:

1.3 Technical Information

When you visit sendmoss.com, basic technical data is recorded by our hosting infrastructure and by third-party services we use, including:

We use this information to understand how our platform is used, improve our services, detect fraud and abuse, and serve relevant advertising on our free public tools (see Section 1.6).

1.4 IP Addresses and License Monitoring

We do not directly log or store your IP address in our own database. However, our license management provider KeyAuth records IP addresses associated with license key activations as part of its fraud prevention and license validation system. This data is held by KeyAuth under their own privacy practices. We can view this data in the KeyAuth dashboard for the purpose of investigating abuse or unauthorised license sharing.

1.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies

Essential cookies — required for our platform to function. These keep you logged in, maintain security, and protect against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). You cannot opt out of essential cookies without losing the ability to log in.

Analytics cookies — used to understand how visitors use our site, which pages are most popular, and how we can improve our platform.

Advertising cookies — used on our free public tools (such as our phone number generator) to serve and personalize advertising from Google AdSense and any future advertising partners. These cookies may also be used by our advertising partners to measure ad performance.

You can control non-essential cookies through our cookie consent banner when you first visit, and you can change your preferences at any time. You can also manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Please see our full Cookie Policy for detailed information.
cookies without losing the ability to log in.

1.6 Advertising on Free Public Tools

Some of our free public tools — such as our phone number generator — are supported by advertising. On these pages, we use Google AdSense and may use other advertising partners to serve ads. Advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to:

You can opt out of personalized advertising by Google AdSense at any time by visiting Google's Ads Settings page (adssettings.google.com). You can also opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting youronlinechoices.com (for EU users) or aboutads.info/choices (for US users).

Advertising is never shown on paid products, inside user dashboards, or on any page where you are logged into your SendMoss account. Our paid products remain completely ad-free.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly to operate and improve our platform. Specifically we use your data to:

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal account data. We do not send you promotional or marketing emails — every email we send is directly related to your account activity or a request you initiated.

On our free public tools (such as our phone number generator), we display advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertising partners may use cookies to personalize ads based on your browsing activity. This advertising revenue supports our free tools and keeps our paid products completely ad-free. See Section 1.6 for details and your opt-out options.

3. Transactional Emails We Send

Because we want to be fully transparent, here is a complete list of the email types our system sends. All are transactional — none are promotional:

Account emails: email verification on registration, welcome email after first purchase, password reset link, account suspension notice, account reactivation notice.

Order and subscription emails: order confirmation, subscription activated (includes your license key), subscription expiring soon, subscription expired, subscription last chance reminder, subscription cancelled, subscription suspended, subscription reactivated, subscription removed, payment expired.

Campaign emails: campaign launched confirmation, campaign completed with delivery statistics.

Support emails: new ticket confirmation, admin reply notification, user reply notification, ticket status change.

Team emails: team member invitation.

You can manage which notification categories you receive in your account settings under Notification Preferences.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase, a secure cloud database platform hosted on servers in the United States. Supabase uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Access to the database is restricted and authenticated.

We implement the following security measures on our platform:

Despite these measures, no system is completely immune to security risks. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to enable 2FA on your account.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with a small number of trusted third-party providers who process data on our behalf. Each provider only receives the minimum data necessary to perform their function:

Supabase — database hosting, user authentication, and edge functions. Data stored on US-based servers.

Resend — transactional email delivery. Your email address is passed to Resend solely to deliver emails triggered by your account activity.

Plisio — cryptocurrency payment processing. Handles payment data independently under their own privacy policy.

Card payment processor — card payment processing (to be integrated). Will handle card data independently and in compliance with PCI-DSS.

KeyAuth — software license key generation, activation, and monitoring. Records license usage and associated IP addresses.

Google AdSense — serves advertising on our free public tools. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to personalize ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Google Analytics (planned) — we plan to integrate Google Analytics to understand site usage and improve our platform. When active, Google Analytics will use cookies to collect anonymized usage data. This policy will be updated when the integration goes live.

We do not share your data with any other third parties. We do not use data brokers, social media tracking integrations, or marketing ad networks beyond Google's own platform.

6. Your Rights and Controls

You have the following rights over your personal data:

6.1 Access

You can view your personal information, purchase history, subscription records, and notification preferences at any time from your account dashboard.

6.2 Correction

You can update your first name, last name, phone number, and bio directly in your profile settings at any time. Your email address is fixed at registration and cannot be changed — if you need to update your email, contact us at support@sendmoss.com.

6.3 Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time from your profile settings. You will be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm. Upon deletion, all of your personal data is immediately and permanently removed from our systems — including your profile, purchase history, subscription records, license keys, support tickets, and all associated data. This action is irreversible.

Please note that payment records held by our third-party payment processors (Plisio and card processor) are outside our database and governed by their own retention policies.

6.4 Data Export

We do not currently offer a self-service personal data export feature. If you would like a copy of the data we hold about you, contact us at support@sendmoss.com and we will provide it manually. Full GDPR-compliant data portability (Article 20) is on our development roadmap.

6.5 Notification Preferences

You can manage which transactional email categories you receive in your account settings under Notification Preferences.

6.6 Password

You can change your password at any time from your account security settings without needing to enter your current password. If you are logged out, you can request a password reset link via the forgot password page — the link expires after 1 hour and is single use.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, all personal data stored in our database is immediately hard deleted — there is no recovery period and no soft-delete backup.

We are evaluating a partial retention model for anonymised transaction records (order ID, amount, date, product name — with all personal identifiers removed) to comply with financial record-keeping requirements. If implemented, this policy will be updated to reflect exactly what is retained and for how long.

8. Children's Privacy

SendMoss is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. During registration, users are required to confirm they meet the minimum age requirement. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately at support@sendmoss.com and we will remove the account and all associated data.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our platform evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes — such as new data collection practices, new third-party providers, or changes to your rights — we will notify registered users by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of SendMoss after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
