At SendMoss, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident before subscribing. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how refunds are processed. By purchasing any product on SendMoss, you agree to the terms of this policy.
We believe you should never have to pay for something you haven't tested. Every subscription product on SendMoss includes a free trial with a set number of uses so you can experience the full product before committing to a subscription:

Letter Encrypter — 10 free encryption uses
We strongly encourage all users to take full advantage of their free trial before subscribing. Our refund policy exists as a safety net — not a substitute for testing.
If you subscribe to any SendMoss subscription product and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription purchase date. No lengthy explanations required — simply contact us within the window and we will process your refund.
Once your refund is approved:
Your access to the product is revoked immediately
Your license key is deactivated
Your subscription is cancelled and will not renew
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout only. We do not issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.
Refunds for card payments are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. The exact time for funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or bank and may take additional time beyond our processing window.
Refunds for cryptocurrency payments are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of approval. You may choose which supported cryptocurrency you would like to receive your refund in — it does not have to be the same cryptocurrency used at checkout. Supported refund cryptocurrencies are: BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, DOGE, TRX, BNB, SOL, and XMR.
Please note that cryptocurrency refund amounts are calculated based on the USD value of your original payment at the time the refund is processed. SendMoss is not responsible for any gains or losses due to cryptocurrency price fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
One-time downloadable products are not eligible for refunds once the download has been accessed. Because digital files are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, we cannot recover or revoke a downloaded file.
If you experience a technical issue with a downloadable product — such as a corrupted file or a product that does not function as described — contact us at support@sendmoss.com and we will investigate and work to resolve it.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
The 7-day refund window has passed
The request is for a one-time downloadable product that has been accessed
The account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
A fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute has been filed — this voids all refund eligibility
The refund request appears to be part of a repeated purchase-and-refund pattern intended to abuse the system
The request is for a subscription renewal rather than the initial subscription purchase — renewal refunds are not covered unless exceptional circumstances apply
Our system sends automated email reminders before your subscription renews — including an expiry warning and a last chance reminder. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue. Refunds for renewal charges are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend.

Please include the following in your request:
The email address associated with your account
The product you are requesting a refund for
Your order number or transaction ID (found in your dashboard under order history)
For cryptocurrency refunds — your preferred refund cryptocurrency and wallet address
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1-2 business days. Once approved, processing times are as outlined in Section 2.4 and 2.5 above.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly before filing a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly.
Filing a chargeback while retaining access to our products — or without first contacting us — is considered a violation of our Terms of Service and will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from the platform.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
